This is the start of FirstAuthor, an idea I had to create a place where various academics around the world can come together and showcase their work, achievements and education.

Currently, there are only clunky, crude and convoluted ways to find researchers’ works, and a better understanding of what they do. You may first go to a university’s website, then find a researcher’s specific lab, and then scroll through countless pages to get a rough understanding of their work. We want to streamline this, and make the experience more accessible to everyone.

So if you found this page somehow, welcome! We’re just getting started, and over the next few weeks & months we’ll be working on a prototype for this platform while gathering continuous feedback from potential users (like you) to make it the best platform it can be.
